Leak Detection & Leak Repair
A small leak you can't see can do a lot of damage before it shows up as a stain, a soft floor or a jump in your water bill. We track down leaks in walls, ceilings, floors and slabs with minimal cutting, fix the pipe the right way, and tell you if anything else in the system looks like it's about to go.

Leak Detection & Repair FAQs
How do you find a leak without tearing everything open?
We use the water meter, pressure testing, moisture readings and listening tools to narrow it down, then open only what we need to reach the pipe.
Is a ceiling stain always a plumbing leak?
Not always. It can be a roof or condensation issue. We check the plumbing above it and tell you if the source is something else.
Should I shut off my water?
If water is actively leaking, yes. Close the main shutoff and call us. If you can’t find it, we’ll walk you through it on the phone.
Do you fix slab leaks?
Yes. We locate the leak and give you your options, from a spot repair to rerouting the line.
Think you have a leak?
Call or text for same-day service. We’ll give you options and a price on site.
