Two New Toilets and a 50-Gallon Electric Water Heater in Fishers

A Fishers homeowner had another company out first and called us for a second price. Jaden installed two ADA-height Gerber Viper toilets and a Bradford White 50-gallon electric water heater on Tuesday, 10/20.

The second-opinion call

The homeowner already had a quote from another plumber for the same work. They called us for a second price, Jaden looked at the job, walked through the options and gave them a price on the spot, and they went with us. That is exactly what our 10% price match is for: if you have a written estimate in hand, we will beat it on comparable work.

Two Gerber Viper toilets

Both bathrooms got a Gerber Viper, ADA-height elongated toilet with a slow-close seat. ADA (chair) height is a couple of inches taller than a standard toilet, which is easier on knees and backs, and the elongated bowl is more comfortable than the old round-front style. The Viper has a strong flush on little water, and it is a line we install a lot because it holds up.

Each toilet was set on a new wax seal with new bolts and a new supply line, then checked for a level, solid set and a clean flush.

A new 50-gallon electric water heater

The old heater was replaced with a Bradford White 50-gallon electric, the brand we install for tank water heaters because the tanks are built in the USA and last. Jaden set it on a stand in the garage, tied into the home's existing supply lines with new flexible water connectors, ran the temperature and pressure relief line down to the floor, and wrote the install date on the tank so the next person who services it knows how old it is.

Done in one visit

Both toilets and the water heater were installed the same day, Tuesday 10/20, and the old equipment was hauled away.

  • Toilet rocks, runs, or clogs more than it should
  • Old, low, round-front toilets you would like taller
  • Water heater over 10 years old, or rust and moisture at the base
  • You already have a quote and want a second price
