Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to plumbing services provided by ExpertPipe Indy LLC ("ExpertPipe Indy," "we," "us," or "our") and to your use of expertpipeindy.com and our text messaging program. By booking service, approving an estimate, or opting in to text messages, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services and Estimates

Our technician will review the problem on site and give you options and a price before any work begins. Work starts only after you approve it. Estimates are based on conditions visible at the time; if hidden conditions are found (for example, behind walls or underground), we will explain them and get your approval before doing additional work.

2. Service Charges and Payment

A service call/diagnostic charge may apply and will be disclosed when you book. Payment is due when the work is completed unless other terms are agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, checks, cash and electronic payments. A card processing fee may apply to card payments. Home warranty customers are responsible for any service fee or non-covered items required by their warranty company.

3. Warranty

Repair and installation work includes a 12-month workmanship warranty from ExpertPipe Indy unless otherwise stated on your invoice. Manufacturer warranties on equipment and parts are provided by the manufacturer. Drain cleaning and technician-discretion work are not covered by the workmanship warranty. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, freezing, outside contractors, or pre-existing conditions.

4. Scheduling, Cancellations and Access

Arrival windows are estimates. Please let us know as early as possible if you need to reschedule. You agree to provide safe access to the work area and to have an adult (18+) present during the visit.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the extent allowed by law, ExpertPipe Indy is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim related to a service will not exceed the amount you paid for that service.

6. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

Program name: ExpertPipe Indy Customer Notifications.

Program description: When you provide your mobile number and agree to receive text messages (for example, when booking by phone or text, through our website, or on an estimate or job form), ExpertPipe Indy will send you service-related text messages such as appointment confirmations and reminders, technician "on the way" notices, estimates, invoices, payment receipts, and follow-up or review requests about your service.

  • Message frequency varies based on your service activity.

  • Message and data rates may apply.

  • To opt out, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts. To opt back in, reply START.

  • Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

  • No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

7. Website Use

Content on expertpipeindy.com is for general information only and is not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a licensed plumber.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version.
