Text Message (SMS) Opt-In

ExpertPipe Indy LLC sends text messages only to customers who give us their mobile number and agree to receive service-related texts. This page explains how customers opt in and the disclosure they agree to.

How customers opt in

  • Booking by phone or text: Customers contact us at (317) 731-3028 (call or text) or through a lead platform to request plumbing service. When scheduling, our team asks for the best mobile number for appointment updates and gives the consent disclosure below (read aloud on calls, or sent as a text). Automated texts are sent only after the customer agrees.

  • Estimates and appointments: Customers may also opt in when approving an estimate or appointment by providing their mobile number and agreeing to the disclosure below.

  • Appointment reminder: "ExpertPipe Indy: Reminder - your plumbing appointment is tomorrow between 9-11am. Questions? Call (317) 731-3028. Reply STOP to opt out."

  • On the way: "Hello, this is ExpertPipe Indy letting you know that your service tech is headed your way. Questions? Call (317) 731-3028. Reply STOP to opt out."

  • HELP reply: "ExpertPipe Indy: For help call (317) 731-3028 or email info@expertpipeindy.com. Reply STOP to opt out."

  • STOP reply: "ExpertPipe Indy: You have been unsubscribed and will receive no further messages. Reply START to resubscribe."

Opt out anytime

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
